Location, layout, room size and friendliness of staff were unmatched

Located in Belém, a quiet area of Lisbon near the seaside, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat. For a service fee of €10 per person per night, guests gain access to the Thermal Oasis, which includes a relaxation room, steam room, sauna, and pool. The fee also provides discounts at the restaurant and Zest, as well as free daily smoothies. Additionally, there is an active gym available. Hyatt beds are very comfortable, and the hotel boasts a beautiful rooftop bar.

It was my second stay in Hyatt Regency and its a fantastic hotel to say for both business/leisure. The rooms are big, clean and very cosy. The location is amazing with Tagus river across the road. The view of the 25 de Abril bridge from room is amazing as always and worth even more at night. The hotel staff are always active and attentive to your queries and requests. The attendant Bashaarat is always around and ready to provide any assistance whenever required. The hotel is new and still smells of fresh carpet in the hallways.

Nice balcony, comprehensive facilities, spacious room, walkable distance (30 min) to the central attractions along either the coastline or the shopping street.
